Clark Whitney, a Shareholder in Ogletree's Philadelphia office, represents employers in litigation in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings before government agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations. Clark’s practice includes a wide range of employment law issues, including matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, wage and hour issues, as well as interference with rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Clark also regularly counsels employers to avoid and minimize litigation on employment issues and the implementation and application of policies consistent with federal, state, and local employment laws.
