I was born into the Automotive industry with 3 generations behind me, my father is still in the business in South Texas (Hacienda/Yoder Ford). I have over 10 years of experience in the Austin-Round Rock Markets with Sales, customer service experience, Management and Customer satisfaction. Also growing up on the border gave me excellent negotiating skill and I am also bilingual in English and Spanish. I have always believed that sales isn't about the sale but building a relationship, sales may sale the first car but customer service will sell the next 10. Customers should feel like your their "Go-to Guy"so that questions, or concerns can be escalated quickly and professionally. Anyone that I have dealt with knows that I truly care about them and how I can help them to achieve what they have in mind, which truly is what it is all about.
