I will be interning for The University of Dubuque as their Creative Media, Fan Engagement and Marketing Coordinator for athletics. This is under the NCAA’s grant for Ethnic Minorities and Women.

- Assist in all duties related to childcare

- Set up and tore down game days - Assisted in any errands such as picking up food for game days, filling the ice bucket, working with the athletic trainers etc.. - Managed finances on game-days - Helped promote game days - Assisted in social media engagement regarding athletics and game days

- Conducted market research to identify key demographic and psychographic margins within the area as well as helping our company better reach our desired target audience. - Created and sent out monthly newsletters to increase outreach and engagement metrics. - Handled all social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. - Provided customer service to our clients. - Helped set up and tear down all of our events. - Managed events, to ensure they were going smoothly.

- Set budgets for the leader's of each organization and handled financial obligations regarding the allotted amount. - Connected faculty members to the student body and served as the bridge for communication between the two parties. - Conducted meetings for student leaders to better help develop skills and connection amongst ourselves and our peers. - Promoted University events through social media and throughout campus. - Interacted with the Bolivar community regarding our University and finding ways to collaborate. - Managed all social media accounts such as Twitter and Instagram. - Hosted on-campus events for students and staff members. - Hosted fundraisers to raise money for the University. - Created polls to get a better understanding of students.

- Led devotionals and classes to aid in the campers learning of basic skills as well as their relationship with Christ. - Assisted in kitchen duties such as preparing the food, handing out trays and cleaning the dishes for the campers. - Managed cabin duties such as morning and bedtime routines, head counts, cleaning up the area. - Hosted meetings with peers to better our connection with campers.
