Whether it's a jigsaw puzzle or a large-scale project, I love taking all the pieces and putting them together into one big picture. So, I guess it’s no wonder why I love doing what I do.My original passion was for the stage. I started my career working behind the scenes at various Chicago area theaters, including the Goodman. In 2000, I joined the American Health Information Management Association, and my love for events and project management was born. Working with association groups was where I really cut my teeth on events. In many instances, not only was I the only meeting planner assigned to the event, but I was also the primary person responsible for developing and creating the marketing deliverables, overall program design and press materials for the event. In this way, I was able to engage in the full scope of putting together an event.Nowadays you can find me putting my mad skills to good use for corporate events.
