I guide owners of small and medium sized businesses to work through the challenges of starting, operating and exiting a business. Clients are served through a personalized advising relationship both in person and remotely. I've doubled the number of business owners of color served by the organization and worked with internal and external partners to create a character based lending program serving under-served communities. Additional resources are provided through a variety of group educational events including coordination and facilitation of workshops, conferences, and an monthly networking series. I lead a cross departmental team focused on business member experience to ensure we maintain a high quality, cohesive level of service to those we serve. This includes profitability analysis to inform products and services offered by the organization and future expansion plans. I create and oversee implementation of the member engagement strategy.

Support and advise small business owners in start up, growth, and exit stages by assisting in the creation of business plans, financial projections and loan application packages. Work closely with the commercial lending team to review and update policies and create borrowing opportunities for women and minority business owners. I co-created and facilitate an entrepreneurship intensive for teen girls. Through participation in the program, we are able to empower young ladies at particularly vulnerable ages to create future plans which include themselves in leadership positions. I conducted a target market analysis and successfully led expansion to serve clients and borrowers outside our core market.
