Attending consumers queries and complaints Supporting consumers and their carers and providing them with information and referrals to relevant support services Supervising 11 care workers.Administrative duties including but not limited to filing and recording relevant client’s details and notes into the organization’s software. Attending team meetings. Attending on-going trainings on implementing CDC and individualized budgets. Identifying challenges to the organization. Attending and facilitating network meetings.Facilitating CALD meetings.Regular reference to HCPP Guidelines and organizational policies and procedures.
