Passionate about People Development, my mission is to help companies add value, structuring and streamlining their internal training, which will promote better employees’ performance, factors that have an impact on retaining and attracting talent. I want to contribute to consolidate companies’ internal training strategy as a competitive differential in their areas of expertise.I was involved in the set up and development of the first Portuguese Aeronautical English Centre, first as an Examiner and Trainer and, in the last 11 years, as its Manager, which played a key role in helping Portuguese airlines to comply with the European regulations in record time. I participated in leveraging an Aviation Academy’s new operational base as Coordinator of all theoretical training at the school, having helped to improve procedures, create a team of experienced Instructors and improve the quality of training, through the implementation and standardization of new methodologies and teaching materials.I find it easy to adapt to new philosophies and work environments, as it can be seen from my professional career path, in areas as specific and demanding as the Portuguese Navy and Commercial Aviation. The projects in which I have been involved, in these more than 20 years of career, have also allowed me to develop important skills as resilience, flexibility and perseverance in challenging situations.
