A tourism company which runs overland tours throughout the world. Tours range from 7 days to 6 months and go off the beaten track, to far-flung corners of the world. I was responsible for a 100 staff members in 30 different countries and their clients. During my time I reorganized the entire training and recruitment process which resulted in a large influx.

Africa & South America

A tourism company which used to run overland tours throughout the world. It no longer exists. The well-being of groups of up to 24 clients was my responsibility whilst touring through South America and Africa on camping-based expeditions off the beatent-track.
