PI: Dr. Gunnel HalldénCarried out research in prostate cancer new therapies employing oncolytic adenoviruses and different chemotherapeutics, including mitoxantrone. Studied viral replication and infectivity in Prostate Cancer cell lines, as well as the effect of rapamycin, chloroquine and different adenovirus-5 mutants in autophagy and prostate cancer development.
