Reports to the Director of Planning and Zoning. Coordinates schedule for the Director.Maintain project files related to subdivisions and land developments.Administer the operation of the Planning Commission, i.e. compose and filing of minutes, developing meeting agendas, assembly and distribution of information packets preparatory to bi-monthly meetings of the Commission as well as ongoing communication with the members.Track project dates and extensions required by law.Timely processing of Zoning Hearing Board applications; coordinate with Codes Director, Director of Planning and Zoning, and Board.Draft monthly, annual, and development reports on planning and zoning activity.Assure proper advertisements and notifications as required by law.Manage final plan approval process for recordation of project agreements and plans.  External interactions include: residents, non-residents, contractors, developers, solicitors, engineers, architects, Township consultants, county and state agencies, and applicants. Document Management for the Township’s SharePoint portal and LAMA program, relating to planning projects.Additional projects outside of core responsibilities: Completed a full redesign of Township’s Friends of the Park’s Committee website using GoDaddy, complete with videos and payment options. Collaborate with a team to maintain the Township’s public outreach for the public website, Constant Contact, Facebook, and Twitter. Currently working on the launch of a new public website. Assist with additional Township meetings and events, as needed.
