The focus is on bringing newest products into the market while having the broadest range of franchised suppliers and the broadest range of products in inventory compared to other competitors. All marketing and development activities are to be as effective as possible. Mouser is more a marketing company rather than only a distributor.My responsibilities are in the following areas but not limited to based on the dynamic of the industry:• Identifying business opportunities in Mouser’s product offering• Engaging with Mouser’s key and new suppliers to develop marketing strategies / plans to promote their technology and products.• Managing the supplier account on a global and EMEA basis from product management, account management up to CEO level.• Driving global and regional marketing activities and development efforts (internally and externally) from strategy, market share position, competitive analysis, co-op marketing management, financial and operative analysis leading to successful execution of strategy and goals.• Supporting and participating in the company total quality process.
