- Serving as a leader of a $1.1 million Copy & Print center with direct accountability to the seven associates within the department. I provide feedback and coaching to the copy center associates to build strength, relationships, and capability. I communicate regularly with copy and print team, store managers and am regularly networking with all associates in the store to ensure customers’ needs are met, and the department achieves its goals.- Responsible for cultivating relationships with customers, specifically dozens of large corporate contract customers and small businesses, that result in the opportunity to assess and provide Print and Marketing solutions that exceed their needs.- Accountable for creating and maintaining a successful selling culture in the Copy & Print Center, including maintaining key business metrics, such as: customer satisfaction, weekly and quarterly budget, and profitability.- Managed multiple and competing priorities while providing outstanding consultative interaction, producing top quality finished products and an establishing an opportunity to build future business with the customer. I conduct daily quality checks and provide positive reinforcement and coaching for deficiencies.- Responsible for making sure all operational policies and processes are followed (i.e., machine maintenance, supplies, click counts, UPS reconciliation).- Retail operations including cash handling and cash office equipment.
