I provided the sales and rentals agents of Place Estate Agents with administrative support. Primarily, this consisted of providing customer service at the front desk and assisting buyers, sellers and renters with general queries. Additionally, I assisted sales agents throughout the entire process of the sale of a property, drafting entry notices, form 6s, marketing quotes and contracts, as well as reviewing these legal documents prior to and following signatures to ensure compliance. I also assisted the rental team in making arrangements for open homes, leasing agreements, move ins and vacates.
