Support Coordinator, Global Cleanliness
Current• Responsible for day-to-day implementation of local cleanliness activities and monitoring local inventory rates supporting corporate and divisional goals and initiatives• Ensures a seamless and quality execution of cleanliness methods and standards within aircraft cabin and airport facilities• Conducts “on the spot” auditing of supplier cleanliness activiites and services within facilities and onboard aircraft against standardized specs, cleanliness methods & standards• Promotes the Delta culture of clean amongst suppliers and within the operation daily; acts as the Delta Cleanliness champion at assigned station • Coordinates with Cleanliness Strategy team & Cleanliness Operations analysts and leadership to ensure daily activity data is provided timely and accurately• Uses technology devices to capture and report cleanliness data for assigned station• Responsible for leading constructive and proactive performance conversations at local level with supplier leadership
