Hello 👋Six years of my career happened within BPO industry, took different paths/line of businesses, so I'd know myself even more. What I can say within that period of time is that I'm a patient top performer and achiever.I always believe that learning doesn't really stop & I will always be in the learning stage every phase of my life, thus adaptable. Quick changes are always going to be difficult and it's okay to experience difficulties. I learned to be kind to myself each time - that mistakes are part of success, it is also the reason why I'm full of doubts and fears, but still do things anyway. Hoping you will get the message as a take away 😊 don't lose hope.By trying new things each time (it is scary because I'm always going to start at zero) I found my ikigai.I'm glad to share that I'm currently working as Content Moderator at Resolver, I started July-2024 up to present.This is somehow a similar role I had at TaskUs.I am responsible for making sure platforms' policies are analyzed and firmly being applied - it continuously improves my attention in details and keep honing my analytical & critical thinking skills. Also, gives me another purpose in terms of making sure that platform is safe.I was a Transaction Processing Associate in a healthcare account at Accenture - one account was focused on enrollment, more on data entry and analysis, and the other one was focused on billing/invoice. I experienced customer related inquiries about invoice (request/dispute/general inquiry), onshore communication regarding account management, rate renewals, and other end to end transactions.I also became a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, accounts were financial and retail/sales. I was responsible for customer inquiries regarding roadblocks and processes, data entry, and order taking. Problem solving skills are improved, hence contributing to customer's overall satisfaction.
