As part of the Presales and Sales team for APAC and UAE region, my role is to help companies overcome their HR problems and improve operations, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics. My responsibilities include:• Conduct sessions to understand and analyse clients’ HR processes and functions• Showcasing of solution capabilities to clients and aligning them with their requirements• Advising clients on transforming their HR Business Processes• Balancing customer requests and requirements with technical constraints• Developing and building strategic relationships with partners and clients to retain business• Supporting contract negotiations to align with both client's and company's objectives and goals• Manage end-to-end tenders in the APAC and UAE region• Working with clients in both private and public sector

• Handling franchises worth USD1 million• Assisting with negotiations and building relationships with potential franchisees• Responsible for increasing enrollment numbers via different marketing avenues (e.g. organising events and utilising advertising outlets)
