Within Weidmüller, I held various roles, including that of Project Engineer, dedicating myself to the Energy Oil & Gas sector on a national scale. As part of a group of specialists, my main focus was on developing sales in these market segments. This activity complemented my role as sales agent, allowing me to acquire transversal and strategic skills. During this period, I achieved an extraordinary result, bringing home one of the largest orders ever made by the company for that period, for a project destined for a major OIL & GAS plant in the Middle East. This success demonstrated my ability to manage complex projects and contribute significantly to Weidmüller's growth.

I became a sales agent for Weidmüller, and this transition marked the beginning of my career as a self-employed sales agent. In this role, I made a significant contribution to quadrupling the turnover compared to the initial one, bringing extraordinary growth for the company. I mainly managed the areas of Tuscany and Liguria, working with dedication and determination to expand the market and strengthen Weidmüller's presence in these regions. My ability to understand client needs and offer effective solutions has played a crucial role in achieving these exceptional results.

I worked as a Sales Engineer for Square D Company, a leader in programmable control systems at the time. During my experience with Square D, I had the opportunity to deepen my technical and commercial knowledge in a highly specialized field, mainly dealing with the sale and programming of PLC-based automation systems.

I worked as a Sales Officer for Jungheinrich AG. The transition from Area Manager to Sales Officer was a life choice rather than a professional decision. I started from scratch with this excellent company, a leader in the sector of warehouse systems and logistics.

Within OCN SPA, I moved from the role of After Sales Manager to Area Manager. In this new role, I not only supervised the technical after-sales activities, taking advantage of the skills acquired in my previous position, but I also had the responsibility of managing a network of agents in the area who sold machine tools. I actively participated in negotiations, supporting agents in closing contracts with client companies. These negotiations often involved machine tools of great value, sometimes exceeding one billion lire. Thanks to my technical-commercial experience and my technical knowledge, I was able to effectively support the agents to conclude the negotiations successfully.

As After Sales Manager I was responsible for an office made up of around twenty collaborators. I managed a profit center, a business division of OCN SPA, which covered Central-Northern and Southern Italy. My role also included organizing the staff, distributing the activities to be carried out, such as assistance interventions. Furthermore, I offered customers assistance and maintenance contracts, and provided retro fitting services for older machines, rebuilding both the electronic and mechanical parts.

I was responsible for the installation and repair of numerically controlled machine tools in the areas of Central - Northern Italy, reporting to the Olivetti Numerical Control Branch in Bologna. This included frequent travel to various locations to carry out technical repairs or carry out new installations of machine tools. The activities also took place at highly prestigious customers, belonging to sectors such as Automotive, Space Aircraft, and precision mechanics in general. The machine tools included machining centers with up to 5 axes, including pallet change carousels and automatic tool changers, assembly robots, drilling robots, wire electro nibblers, turning centers of various kinds, micro milling machines and more.

Venezia Mestre

I served in one of the operational batteries of the 5th Regiment of the Anti-Aircraft Missile Artillery Department of Mestre (VE), specializing in the HAWK system. I thus acquired in-depth skills in radar systems and advanced electronic equipment. My role was that of Tactical Control Officer for the management and operation of air defense missile and radar systems, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of operations. This experience allowed me to develop a solid knowledge of defense technologies and to operate in a highly technical and strategic environment.
