I can refer to myself as an experienced Sales manager with a an Engineering background who can relate effectively and in total happiness in culturally diverse situations picking on emotions and needs of others. I worked in different cultural environments in Italy and abroad inside corporates and small private companies that enriched me professionally and personally.Curious and open by nature , always seeking for growth and challenge, I have developed strong communication skills in 4 languages. I have learned how to motivate and manage people as a team work leader. I started my education with Classic studies and continued on a different yet complementary direction, getting my University Master degree in Naval and Mechanical engineering. At the age of 28 I was in charge of a team of skilled workers in a Shipyard as Lieutenant of the Italian Navy. I the moved on working in an Italian-American mid-sized company where I travelled throughout the globe acquiring the ability to work with different people, mentalities and cultures, becoming a very flexible and adaptable professional capable of working everywhere.After joining an American corporate as a negotiator of contracts , I decided to move on a smaller privately owned company active in the Sport sector where I am passionate and my sales , negotiations and analytcal skills experiences are crucial.This is me up to now.
