Since you've navigated here, I may as well give you a little bit more insight into who I am, and what I do. As a CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant), I've specialized in assurance (audits, reviews, specified procedures) and compliance (accounting and income taxes) for public and private companies across a wide-variety of industries, as well as not-for-profits, and even some large public sector municipalities. And of course, I've done a ton of personal and small business income taxes along the way.As a CBV (Chartered Business Valuator), I've valued companies for estate planning, reorganizations, and buy/sell transactions, as well as shareholder, estate, and matrimonial disputes. For the latter, I have also prepared calculations for equalization and income for support. With respect to forensic accounting, I've performed litigation support for economic loss and damages calculations, where businesses have suffered losses, or individuals have suffered injuries. I've always been fascinated with calculating and assigning value, and I'm motivated to do that for my clients, because it brings value to them in their lives.On the personal side, I'm a lifelong GTA resident, and a passionate supporter of our Toronto teams, which proves that I am very loyal. In my downtime, I like to spend time with my family, watch and play sports, and I've been known to strum a guitar here and there as well.
