This included overseeing the conduct of high-level country visits across North America, Europe, the Caucasus and the Central Asian region, to assess progress of national authorities in adhering to anti-trafficking international standards and to promote promising practices. My most notable achievement was to hone a concept for a comprehensive needs assessment we conducted along the central and Eastern Mediterranean migration route, which led to the adoption of OSCE guidelines for better identification of victims of human trafficking at first reception and identification centres for migrants and refugees.I also worked with the 2018 OSCE Chair to support the drafting and complex political negotiations which led to a ministrial decision on the protection of unaccompanied children at risk of being trafficked, adopted at the OSCE Ministerial Council in Milan, in December 2018.Internally, I redesigned the communications and public affairs portfolio of the Office, reshaping the style and depth of its research products and publications, expanding its social media presence and launching partnerships with media outlets such as the BBC and the Thomson Reuters Foundation. As the Deputy Head of the Coordination Office of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, at the time the largest civilian mission in the Western Balkans (500+ staff), I led the team in charge of programme and project management. I advised the Head of Mission on strategic planning, fund raising, as well as on monitoring and evaluation across several portfolios, including human rights, rule of law and security sector reform.

Served as principal executive assistant to the Chief of Staff of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo. I have been in charge of programme planning and reporting in the field of human rights, institution-building and security sector reform.
