About Cláudio Gomes

With 15 years of experience in IT support, I provide assistance in English, Spanish and Portuguese.During this course I acquired skills in identifying and sorting several IT and helpdesk issues related to applications, knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows 7 & 10, Active Directory, Windows Azure, Office 365, Intune, Jamf, android and iOS devices along with SQL language.I like to know the source of issues and get a solution. I consider myself versatile and adapt well to any environment and challenge within my scope and always following the ITIL processes. Im very autonomous but I also like to work in a team and committed to get the best results. My focus is to continue to evolve in this area, getting contact with the newest technologies and looking for areas of greater responsibility and automation in order to manage my work more efficiently.
