Contract Admnistrator
CurrentDuring my 1st year working at Syntax, I was in charge of handling the onboarding process for all the subcontractors across the US, Canada, Spain, among others.; requesting, validating, saving, and organizing documentation, contract drafting, and the signature process through DocuSign, served as a liaison between the consultant and all the involved stakeholders until ready to initiate his/her activities.In 2024, I started working on the customer side of things and continued to be in charge of the signature process for new contracts after validation with the legal department. I also participated in the implementation of a CLM tool (SirionLabs) for the company and the Clean-up process for all clients regarding the Professional Services line of business.
