I am currently a Product Manager at THIGA leading the Chatbot for zara.com (Ecommerce) in their Customer Care area. My main duties during this period are:- Define a Product Strategy to serve multiple E-commerce and geographies, overseeing its execution.- Identifies and initiates opportunities for new projects or focus areas and builds teams necessary to execute.- Align stakeholders, direct the product roadmap, prioritise features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with the wider business.- Foster a culture of testing, data-driven decision making, and accountability for metrics and results.- Develop a deep understanding of the needs of the audience to improve the customer experience.

As a Managing consultant in the digital team at Movement Strategies / GHD, I have spent almost 3 years seconded into O2 Motion (Telefonica). During this period I have supported their business by:- Iterative development of products based on Mobile Network Data (MND) and third parties data fusion, powered by Machine Learning algorithms.- Prototyping proofs-of-concept as a method for ideation and discovery of new data-based products.- Design a KPI system to determine product direction and define business requirements.- Team up with the commercial team to attract and retain clients while gathering feedback to enrich our product offering.- Transitioned the team from Waterfall to the Agile methodology (Scrum framework).

I worked for the Transport Advisory team within CH2M (Later Jacobs) with a focus on private investors/operators. During this time I consulted on a variety of transportation projects including but not limited to; - Lead the development of Regression and Network modelling for Travel Demand and Revenue forecasting.- Supporting Infrastructure and rail operators/sponsors in the bidding process, providing a solid overview of the modelling undertaken and the limitations of the analysis.- Build, design and document sophisticated algorithms (Furness/Fratar, capacity constraints, ..) to feed complex data modelling and support the decision making process.

I consulted in the assessment of the infrastructure capacity and alternative transportation modes in the main transportation corridors of “La costa del Sol” (Spain).

I developed the KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to track the plan implementation for the Granada PMUS (Urban Mobility Plan) and monitoring the economic and environmental impact of urban mobility.
