Worked on a commercial offer configurator, composed of two 2 main modules: 1. Data analysis of past offers in order to learn from experience using well designed KPIs in a comprehensive dashboard. 2. An intelligent configuration - pricing - quote tool able to propose new sell opportunities to an existing customer based on past orders, or able to sell new software to a new customer based on it's profile (industry, scale, activity etc.). My actual activity went from: -working with management to identify the stakeholders and sponsors, -animating define sessions between stakeholders in order to have a full picture of what is needed/expected, -benchmarking existing solutions, -receiving demos from external providers, -looking for internal solutions from our own R&D, -prototyping, -presenting the different options to stakeholders / management,to-writing the functional specifications, -helping the IT with the technical assessment, -keeping an updated backlog with priorities, -following the implementation process, -managing acceptance tests, -demonstrating the final solution in front of end-users, -capitalizing on their feedback.

Worked on multiple data analysis and reporting automation projects meant to streamline the corporate finance activities.My main job consisted in managing and animating define sessions between stakeholders. Create a backlog with the requirements validated during these sessions and translate them into functional specifications. Together with the business teams and IT, we had to manage priorities and I had to follow the implementation. When the solution was ready, I organised user acceptance tests and training sessions before deployment.By having both the business context and the technical knowledge, I quickly became the point person for every kind of interrogation about the subjects that I managed.

Worked on developing a norm verification and knowledge capture software module of the 3DExperience Platform.The project started as part of the integration of an external module bought from a partner. After the reverse engineering phase, we redefined the tool and adapted it to the newest technological advancements in order to also take advantage of the existing knowledge management frameworks.
