Current Role:In my current role, I lead the transformation of software development best practices for internal organizations at Boeing. After embedding into existing teams, I work closely with internal client developers to create or improve web applications while adopting modern software development techniques such as test driven development, CI/CI, and pair programming.Using React, Typescript, Java and SQL, I created and delivered a management web system that is used daily by executives and managers across the company to surface business metrics to inform leadership decisions on where to guide the company.Stepped in to bring the next generation HR system online that was behind schedule. Delivered the project and was able to help the existing team improve their mastery of Java and React fundamentals.Previous Role:Developed several full-stack flight test web applications in C# .NET; used by hundreds of test directors daily. These are critical to flight planning, execution, and other safety procedures.Led a 6-developer team developing an app for the flight test organization, which, once delivered, was used to increase test planning efficiency and reduce wasted time during actual flight tests.

I worked primarily at Bungie testing Halo 3. I was part of a team in charge of verifying morning builds, running test suites and reporting bugs and problems that were discovered.
