Site HR Leader for Honeywell Intelligrated, supporting all functions and day-to-day operations, including labor and employee relations, enhanced site onboarding, created tools and processes, weekly Gemba's, bolstered leadership capability through training, implemented mentorship program and served as President of our global Honeywell Future HR Leader program. Partnered with Plant Director and Operations leadership to bring about a site turnaround. Supported our large and complex Amazon Installation group in the interim and served as leader for the Intelligrated Early Career Leadership Development Program.

Led core HR processes for ~400 clients within the ISC & Commercial Excellence & Strategy (CE_S) functions in our Aerospace division. Contributions include: strong performance management, compensation planning/analysis, reorg’s, talent management, talent acquisition, critical subject matter expert identification, cross-training, employee recognition, operating system enhancements, creation of tools & resources, Kaizen, onboarding & succession planning and was interim HR Site Leader for our Kingman, AZ Aerospace location for ~3 months, as well as served as the VP of our global Honeywell Future HR Leader program.

Collaborated with team members on corporate-wide project to identify misalignment between goal attainment and performance ratings within the sales organization. Utilized large data and focus groups to uncover underlying issues. Created recommendations and a playbook to mitigate further misalignment and received strong buy-in with corporate leadership, including our CEO.
