Clay began his career as a litigator, before being recruited to join a leading management consulting firm in the home improvement space. For 10 years, he worked closely with dozens of market-leading roofing firms, increasing their sales revenue on average over 100%, while simultaneously helping to improve profitability. Clay also improved sales efficiencies, implemented management systems, and worked with owners on strategic decision-making.At Radnor Roofing, Clay brings his unique blend of professional experience to focus on developing and growing a world class, customer-focused residential roofing business. He prides himself on working with colleagues at every level of the business to create a dynamic culture of excellence, and to maximize the potential of each individual team member.Clay received his B.A. in political science as well as his juris doctorate from the University of Tennessee, where he also competed on the mock trial teams. In his second year of law school, he was part of the trial team that won the College of Law’s first regional championship in 30 years. Clay resides in Villa Rica, GA with his wife and twin son and daughter; he also has 3 adult stepkids. Clay enjoys traveling with his family, attending a multitude of kids’ sporting events, and playing golf, tennis, and basketball.
