A Supply Chain Management professional at Argano (in the SAP Tower), specializing in strategic guidance, implementation and optimization of SAP suite applications (>20 years) as part of our Sales organization. My responsiblities include partner management with SAP, sustained customer success liaison with SAP "mirror" organization, along with marketing and creative content creation in branding. I remain fully engaged throughout the business development, pre-sales and sales functions as a SME across SAP's solution suite and a regular speaker at conferences and content developer for our customer outreach in the Supply Chain space. My career began in industry with an ERP implementation for P&G, as a member of the Demand and Supply Team. Afterwards, I moved into consulting both at large and boutique consulting firms, ultimately staying largely independent with loose association with SCMO2 until formally joining as a Principal. I was trained in and have worked with ECC, APO, IBP, BW, CRM, Jam and Solution Manager, with greatest focus on the Demand side of the equation, but certainly adept as well on the Supply side (with Production Scheduling) too. I have delivered APO training courses for SAP America and developed/delivered custom training courses for specific clients. Statistical forecast optimization methodology and our SCMO2 Stats Pack is an area of specialization for me within Demand Planning.In 2021, SCMO2 was successfully acquired by Argano -- we continue to grow this company and corporate conglomerate, addressing the needs of customers ready for digital transformation and looking to capitalize in leveraging their planning tools to drive sustainability efforts.I earned my undergraduate in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida with Minor in Statistics, as well as returning to my alma mater for my Master's in Engineering.Opportunities have brought my work to seven countries on three continents, further broadening my global view on how businesses operate in different regions of the world and allowing me to apply learning from one area to another as an added value to clients.Technical Specialties: IBP and APO Design, Enhance and Implementation; ERP integration; BI-Level/Process Chains/ABAP for data management; liaison between IT and Business groups to get useful information shared across SAP systems that includes S/4(ECC), Ariba, BI/BW and TM/LBN.
