Operated Isuzu Dump Trucks in the Raleigh/Greensboro areas. Responsible for completion of junk removal and demolition jobs. Other responsibilities included job quoting, communicating with clients, and time management and completion of jobs.

Handled food delivery and preparation for the Lodge. Worked as a food server, line cook, and grill chef.

Operated a food cart selling hot dogs, soft drinks, and other snacks. Worked events such as the Graham County Azalea Festival and the Graham County Heritage Festival. Used the cart for concessions at Robbinsville High School softball games and track/field events. Primary location was set up at Darnell Farms in Bryson City, NC. As Sole Proprietor I was in charge of approximately $3,000 worth of inventory as well as tax statements, and assets including the hot dog cart.The cart started as a school project but quickly turned out to be a profitable activity.
