To be someone who people enjoy being around and who motivates others to train to a standard by implementing incentives and individualized leadership techniques. Not everyone is led the exact same way.2. To create a family-like environment where people enjoy coming to work, and doing so, while setting expectations that are reasonable, and which give the team comfort and stability by knowing what the left and right limits are in order for everyone to be successful.3. To appreciate the contributions that ALL team members, and leadership, bring to the organization, and to show them that they can, and will, excel in their future lives by the work and life experience that they obtain in the present.If I could describe my self in one sentence, it would be that I have a workhorse mentality, and that I care exponentially about the success of the organization by implementing a culture where everyone is treated with equal levels of respect, whether they are a team member or in leadership. Furthermore, I have the willingness to step into any leadership billet by being action-oriented and learning, from experience, from those who have been in the organization longer than I have.In leadership, I can assure anyone that the mission will be completed, but, more importantly, those who are under my wings will learn how to be personable leaders in the future.
