I naturally migrate into positions to help others, so Customer Support has always been a natural fit. It's something I enjoy, find fulfillment in, and I'm really good at!I've had a long, diverse career. My first job was cleaning horse stalls with my older brother when I was 15. At that age, I was familiar with hard work. I looked up to my brother and parents and adopted their solid work ethics. I went on to work in food service through college, pushed papers as a file clerk for a law firm, learned a great deal about team leadership (and coffee) from Starbucks, and grew my love for technology in a Software QA role. I proudly led worship for my local church during those growing years, too! My current position allows me to lead a team of 10 Customer Support Agents at an incredible company called Planning Center. I work alongside five other CX managers I consider the best in the business. I'm working on my 9th year at Planning Center and am confident I'll be there for at least 9 more. I'll be working hard, supporting my fellow managers, resourcing my team well, and getting progressively better at helping our customers. I'm an open book with all things. DM any questions you have!
