Raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Lance earned a degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and went on to earn his CPA while working as an auditor with the Department of Defense.Lance is an avid real estate investor and passionate about inspiring people to build financial security through real estate. His experiences as an investor led him to become a mortgage loan originator and ultimately, a Realtor®. Lance brings a native Washingtonian’s in-depth knowledge of area neighborhoods and amenities to his work. And with his background in finance, he is able to provide clients with expert statistical analysis of real estate trends.Lance is a member of the Long & Foster’s Rockville Centre Office. When he’s not immersed in real estate, he is delivering motivational speeches and financial literacy workshops to community groups ranging from middle school students to corporate executives. Passionate about dance, he also works as an emcee and dance party motivator and conducts dance fitness programs at local daycare centers and schools.
