- Continuous inspections in the field, facilities, records, contractors, and communicate with site management team on various safety issues to meet above MSHA/OSHA Standards - Support, guide, and lead management and craft employees on safety awareness continuously - Conduct and lead accident and incident investigations/risk assessments - Develop and implement safety training programs on current HSE policies and procedures- Support management/contractors for guidance on safety/environmental compliance- Monitor site contractor activity to ensure compliance- Develop corrective actions to ensure compliance and document/communicate with management- Manage employee injuries, equipment damage, and near misses- Work in a team environment and lead our workforce to achieve safety zero- Represent Safety in pre-bid meetings for site projects covering company expectations- Lead/support safety meetings for the site including contractors- Provide H2S awareness training for employees/contractors working near buffer zones on pipelines- Conduct radiation audits/surveys, assist in performing leak tests, and maintaining radiation emergency procedures

- Oversee construction sites and construction laborers- Coordinate and schedule appropriate contractors to keep a consistent workflow and meet deadlines- Work with management, architects and engineers to solve serious problems- Inspect for quality workmanship and safety at each stage of construction- Customer relations- Conduct safety meetings/inspections on weekly basis- Demonstrate excellent work ethics, as well as teamwork and leadership skills to achieve the common goal of numerous multi-million dollar facilities.
