Current- Lead the organizational unit of Regional Heads of Supplier Delivery Assurance based on objectives, KPIs and target agreements.- Manages supplier deliveries and financial crisis, safeguarding the requirements of the stakeholders and supporting implementation of short- and long-term activities to keep expected delivery performance.- Creates procedures and process that targets the prevention of the deliveries and financial crisis, based on the previous data collected and continuously… Show more - Lead the organizational unit of Regional Heads of Supplier Delivery Assurance based on objectives, KPIs and target agreements.- Manages supplier deliveries and financial crisis, safeguarding the requirements of the stakeholders and supporting implementation of short- and long-term activities to keep expected delivery performance.- Creates procedures and process that targets the prevention of the deliveries and financial crisis, based on the previous data collected and continuously improvement with application of "lessons learned" methods.- Contribute towards global Supplier Logistics directive and interaction processes.- Represent supplier delivery assurance requirements and give recommendation in supplier decisions processes by assessing supplier capabilities (e.g, capacities, reliability, performance, cyber security performance, financial performance).- Manages Risks monitoring platforms that provides the inputs for suppliers risk.- Manages cross-functional, global task forces, building a team of experts whenever the situation is applicable (e.g.Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Accounting, Purchasing, Legal and External Consultants).- Manages the promptly unforeseen political and natural events and take the lead on appropriate reactions with the respective stakeholders.- Evaluates the impact of the PAVE 3 suppliers in the delivery scope, for implementation of preventivemeasures.- Define properly reporting system to all stakeholders, with monthly reviews and if necessary extraordinary early warning system.- Manages and safeguard vendor tooling data, making sure that a proper system is monitoring the tooling lifetime, extraordinary external factors that impact tooling lifetime (e.g. tooling brake, accident with the tool, etc.) and the proper replacement of the tool according to the expected lead-time planned.- Define the KB expectations towards supplier regarding delivery performance indicators.
