Data Analyst / Center Director / Nurse Practitioner
CurrentAs Center Director I'm responsible for using Data Analytics to solve complex healthcare and business opportunities by utilizing data from internal and external sources. Dashboards created and maintained to provide insight into current medical and business opportunities within my center. My work consists of:* Analyzing patient treatment outcomes monthly.• Management and operations of my Primary Care center. Under my direction, the Flower Mound center opened from three to five days a week and grew to a full patient load. The Grand Prairie center's opportunities and metrics improved 40% within the first 6 months. * Defining all healthcare business requirements of various stakeholders and end-users on the dashboard.* Developing the data model and "Clinic Opportunities" Dashboard in Power BI.* Automating all processes around Data Extraction and Data Transformation for the power BI dashboard. This is done in combination with Power BI, Python, and Excel.* Developing new, and improving existing processes, to have the dashboard successfully managed by the department. • As a provider, the focus is on management of chronic health conditions (diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma, hypothyroid, etc.), sleep apnea, acute illnesses and injuries, wellness physicals, STD treatment, and provided male hormone replacement therapy. Experience with pellet placement procedures, skin tag/wart removal, and suturing in office. Charting on Dr. Chronos and eCW systems.
