Implemented a new training strategy and course curriculum overhaul that has since increased graduation rates by 12%.-Spearheaded and advised the authoring of a five-year, 25-page, vision and strategy document that aligns personnel, equipment, finances and finite resources needed to meet the unit’s emerging priorities of the future for mobility, modularity and signature reduction.- Serves as the principal director of global recruiting efforts among all four branches of the US Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Airforce and Marine Corp). Taught advanced squad and platoon level tactics and patrolling to a class of 35 cadets in preparation for attendance to the Army Leadership Development and Assessment Course; resulting in a 100% pass rate; a 40% pass rate increase. - Developed, led and advised 55 cadets as part of a Small Unit Tactics Club (Bengal Raiders) on air, land and sea operations; resulted in execution of the Battalion’s first full spectrum air, land and sea field training exercise. - Principal instructor for marksmanship and military physical education courses (enrollment open to the student body). Trained and certified 588 students with a 98% pass rate.
