- Led an organization comprised of 410 Army, Marine, Navy and Air Force personnel, along with 47 Department of the Army Civilians and more than 200 Civilian Contractors in support of a tactical and strategic global communications enterprise.- Oversaw organization assets valued more than $165 million and a yearly operational budget of $85 million without discrepancy; sustained O&M for a 24/7 worldwide multi-domain operational network.- Serves as the Chief Operating Officer of JCU’s selection, assessment and operator training course (6-month course). Implemented a new training strategy and course curriculum overhaul that has since increased graduation rates by 12%.-Spearheaded and advised the authoring of a five-year, 25-page, vision and strategy document that aligns personnel, equipment, finances and finite resources needed to meet the unit’s emerging priorities of the future for mobility, modularity and signature reduction.- Serves as the principal director of global recruiting efforts among all four branches of the US Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Airforce and Marine Corp). Implemented a new recruiting strategy which increased overall unit manning by 20%.

- Ensured procurement maintenance of all Regimental Special Operation Force (SOF) Communication Platforms valued more than $120 million; planned and executed the communications infrastructure install for a $6 million multi-purpose command operations center.- Led critical initiatives for the procurement and employment of airborne in-route communications packages on C-17 and C-130 fleets that provided uninterrupted data and voice capabilities, which was later adopted as programs of record for the Department of Defense (DOD) at large.- Provided vital input to the DOD’s Joint Communication’s Staff and Maneuver Center of Excellence leadership which postured Special Mission’s Units (SMU) and the Army for success with secure wireless communications on the battlefield.- Led and managed a recruiting and training program at the Cyber Center of Excellence, FT Gordon, GA that produced a 15% increase in manning of Ranger Communicators, achieving 100% rate of human capital across the Ranger Regiment; the highest manning numbers in the history of the program.

Louisiana State University

- Served as the Commandant of Cadets and principle advisor to the Professor of Military Science on all aspects of cadet recruiting, training and commissioning requirements. Primary coach and mentor to 252 cadets and 15 cadre. Army liaison to the university and community leadership. - Primary Military Science 3 Instructor. Taught advanced squad and platoon level tactics and patrolling to a class of 35 cadets in preparation for attendance to the Army Leadership Development and Assessment Course; resulting in a 100% pass rate; a 40% pass rate increase. - Developed, led and advised 55 cadets as part of a Small Unit Tactics Club (Bengal Raiders) on air, land and sea operations; resulted in execution of the Battalion’s first full spectrum air, land and sea field training exercise. - Principal instructor for marksmanship and military physical education courses (enrollment open to the student body). Trained and certified 588 students with a 98% pass rate.

Ft Benning, Ga

- The primary facilitator for the conductance of an international inter-service recruiting detachment and liaison officer to the senior leadership of Army on the programs and benefits of service in the 75th Ranger Regiment; resulted in 20% increase in technical and logistical personnel.- Ensured balancing of an annual budget of $500k and the accountability of $550k of equipment located as seven different strategical locations across the continental United States.- Hand selected by Regimental Commander and Command Sergeant Major to formalize the creation of the first official Ranger Recruiting Detachment while simultaneously managing and training nine Ranger Non-Commissioned Officers to be placed as Ranger Recruiting LNO’s at seven different Army installations.- Led Detachment to produce 615 volunteer statements from across the United States Army increasing the input of Ranger volunteers by 35% from the previous year.

Ft Benning, Ga

- Directly responsible for the health, welfare, safety, discipline, training and professional development of 60 Soldiers in all aspects of Ranger and Special Operations tactical and communication skills.- Primary advisor to Regimental senior leadership on all aspects of conventional and special operations voice and data communication platforms and their employment in support of Ranger combat operations, deployments and exercises.- Operations manager for the 75th Ranger Regiment’s Ranger Combat Communicator’s Course; a mandatory course requisite for every Ranger Communicator and Fire Support Specialist in the Regiment; over 200 personnel trained during tenure of service.- Planned, executed and supervised the rapid deployment of personnel and C5ISR capabilities throughout the continental United States and combat theaters.

Joint Base Lewis-Mcchord (Jblm)

- Directed the daily activities of a communications operations organization providing critical communication support requirements to personnel while assigned to hostile overseas environments.- Accountable for the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of various technologically advanced communications platforms and accountability of three tactical vehicles and over $15 million in equipment and 48 personnel.- Meticulously managed the balance of persistent combat operations, no-notice emergency alert cycles in support of world-wide contingencies and joint-training readiness on a global scale, ensuring no-fail, cutting edge, tactical communications and IT services.
