-Assistive technology (AT) technician. -Part time work with the Arizona Technology Access Program (AzTAP)where the mission of AzTAP is to connect people with disabilities with the assistive technology they need to participate as fully as possible in activities that matter to them. -Catalog over 2000+ items in the system database, assemble new products, prepare for client meetings, participate in home evaluations and assist the assistive technology experts. -Categories of AT: Daily living aids, environmental modification equipment, durable medical equipment, mobility devices, speech communication devices, learning software, accessibility devices, vehicle modifications, and more. I have always had a passion for assistive technology and look forward to incorporating the learned experience into my occupational therapy career.

As part of a customer-satisfaction based company, I had the opportunity to organize and implement action steps to help increase customer satisfaction rates for Convergys. Action steps involved all parts of organization from identifying a specific problem that impacts customer satisfaction to implementing and evaluating effectiveness of action steps to increase customer satisfaction rates. This job also gave me the opportunity to recognize and reward individuals excelling at elevated customer satisfaction rates.

An additional component of being a team leader at Convergys included the ability to be part--­­and at times be in charge of the employee and community engagement team. Responsibilities included creating and implementing activities inside and outside the work environment for employees to be engaged in their work and community needs.

Responsible and accountable for 18-­24 agents for customer service agency. The major methods to accomplish success of the team is participating in daily, weekly and monthly one on one interactions for the purposes of development and maintenance. Main responsibility of agent development involves, but not limited to: Using specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time­bound goals to develop individuals. I utilized daily, weekly and monthly reports to track and monitor agent progress and accountability. The extensive use of Excel was used, along with Word and Power Point, to facilitate efficiency in work. Microsoft Office was also used to maximize utility in reports to superiors, self-­accountability and team presentations.Strong analytical skills were required to make adjustments that are required to help the company succeed and I was able to research internal and external resources in order to find new and existing ideas to resolve issues among the project.
