Handles the operations of (3) locations: Levelland Campus, Reeses Campus and Lubbock Downtown (with Coffee Shop).2. Plans, organizes, and manages all aspects of the bookstore operations as well as maintaining excellent client relations with our client partners (staff and faculty).3. Responsible for acquiring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels in textbooks, trade, and general merchandise.4. Collect, enter and analyze textbook orders from faculty for order placement while maintain regular communication with campus stakeholders regarding status5. Manage inventory for the department, including receiving, tagging, set-up and the return of unsold inventory to the vendors.6. Compile and maintain histories for inventory management7. Procure and merchandise inventory appropriate to budgetary needs8. Exercise due diligence and sound judgement in protecting Company assets9. Follow and execute all Company deadlines for daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting-including daily bank deposits10. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the faculty to obtain key information in the text area.11. Schedule regular appointments and meet with the appropriate administrative personnel to build rapport, discuss situations and avoid potential problems.12. Ensure communications with internal and external customers are both accurate and timely.13. Recruit, hire, train, schedule and maintain staff at appropriate levels according to Company guidelines and budgets. Organizational structure and staffing plans vary based on business needs.
