Hello, welcome to my profile...I am a mechanical engineer, graduated from UFSCar. I was born in a small town in the countryside of São Paulo, where I lived until I was 20. As the child of a farming couple, I never had much perspective on pursuing higher education, but my curiosity and love for technology, combined with the support of special people, helped me achieve that dream.During my undergraduate studies, despite a challenging start, I quickly adapted and took full advantage of the experiences my degree had to offer.I served as a teaching assistant for two technical drawing courses offered by the department. This experience not only allowed me to co-author a book in the field, but also helped me develop my communication and teaching skills.I was a member of the Baja UFSCar team for nearly 4 years, working in structural calculations as a team member, leader, and advisor. This period was filled with frustration, exhaustion, and pressure but also with happiness and fulfillment, contributing to professional and personal growth beyond what undergraduate studies alone could provide.Through my work in structural calculations, I discovered a passion for structural simulations, which led me, along with two friends, to compete in the 8th Computational Modeling Challenge organized by ESSS in partnership with BOSCH in 2021. To our surprise, the challenge focused on heat transfer, mechanical vibrations, and electromagnetic emissions of a PCB—an area none of us had prior knowledge of. However, we remained determined, and after 2 months of weekly meetings, we achieved second place out of more than 100 participating teams.When it was time to choose an internship, I was certain I wanted to work in technology development, so I focused on R&D. Since June 2021, I have been working at Alliage in the development of dental and medical equipment. During this time, I have gained significant experience in plastic injection, primarily focusing on cost reduction in production, which has also provided me with some understanding of investment analysis.Additionally, I have always been passionate about programming, especially in engineering contexts, and I am familiar with several programming languages, including VBA. I am also eager to learn more about machine learning.In summary, I am passionate about technology and its potential to improve our lives. I enjoy exploring any engineering-related subject and am willing to adapt and reinvent myself as needed to meet the team's needs.
