We.trade, founded by 12 European banks including Erste Group, was one of the first blockchain-based trade finance platforms, awarded "Best FinTech Disruptor in Trade Finance 2018." The platform supported businesses in international trade by securing open account transactions and providing risk mitigation tools. As a member of the Board of Directors, I contributed to the platform’s strategy and business development.

Supporting Erste Group's Chief Corporates & Markets Officer in his daily duties. This includes steering of board relevant projects, participating in strategy development, decision support in relevant subjects as well as analysis/internal coordination of ad hoc topics. In addition, a key focus was on developing the Group's digitalization & innovation strategy for the Corporates & Markets Division.

Responsibilities included business plan development, market analysis, strategy recommendations, and full corporate valuations (DCF, DDM, NAV, Comps, IRR). Project lead in two M&A transactions (sell-side mandates in Austria and Bulgaria).
