Feel free to open the documents and read it at your convenience.My name is Clement and I am a graduate from Curtin University's Bachelor of Commerce program. I am a double major holder in Business Management and Human Resource Management. I always aspire to be the best versions of myself. This includes further developing my HR skills and knowledge such that I can contribute to the growth of any organization. My passion with HRM lies with my personality, I am a confident speaker, comfortable in meeting new people. I am someone that is always intrigued by the experiences of other individuals and is always sincere when it comes to social interactions. In my opinion, the potential of an individual is limitless, it is therefore my goal and aspiration to bring the best out of every person. I have had prior mentoring and coaching experience, having been a coach/mentor for my juniors in the sport Wushu for over a decade. I would say I am an individual with incredible drive and passion to always do my best especially in areas where I know I can excel in.As my career in HR matures, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple HR functions. Most notably, a traineeship with Continental Automotive that taught me the skillsets required to be a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. I was also part of the Employer Branding team while at Continental, having design and created simple but effective EB posts for the company; over 300 shares and interactions in just 3 months. I also actively serve in the community through my affiliation with Cyber Youth Singapore which I also hold the position of a HR Deputy Director. My responsibilities in CYS include but not limited to scheduling and conducting interviews as well as onboarding of new hires. I am always looking ahead and planning for my future. I am always in search for courses and trainings to further develop my skills and have even signed up to learn Human Psychology at my own pace. For his meticulous and diligent efforts, he was awarded the Best Soldier of The Month in May 2018 and also received a Letter of Commendation from the Chief Engineer. Retail AssistantNtuc Fairprice Nov 2013 - Feb 2014SingaporeClement was a part-time retail assistant with NTUC Fairprice after the completion of his 'O' Levels Examination. He was assigned to the 'Frozen' department which required him to handle fresh and frozen produce. He even attained a Food, Health and Safety Certification in his short time there. Clement's communication skills were also often put the test, having to deal with both difficult and curious customers. He received multiple compliments from members of the public for his patience and knowledge of the products on display and was well-liked by his colleagues. Clement was given another opportunity to intern at NTUC Fairprice by the store manager in 2015 as part of his school's internship scheme.
