Clement is a self-motivated professional. At the age of 6, he stumbled upon entrepreneurship and sales when he capitalized on his fellow elementary schoolmates who frequently bought erasers from the school bookshop after losing their beloved erasers to 'flag-eraser-game'. After accumulating full bags of erasers from his "winnings", Clement would sell the full bags of erasers to the schoolmates who could afford it.Erasers were one of the many other things that Clement has sold growing up. Today, he serves the building materials industry, working alongside one of the fastest growing flooring retailer in Austin.Growing up in a fast-paced environment like Singapore, Clement possesses a highly competitive spirit which attributes to his tenacious work ethic. Two years in the mandatory military service for the Singapore Armed Forces also served Clement well, experiencing hands-on meeting different people from all walks of life, and forging lifelong camaraderie with his fellow brothers-in-arm.In his free time, Clement is an avid reader and commits to personal development.
