We are company of Microsoft based who specialize in software integration and customization for insurance, investment bank, payment gateway and oil&gas company. We provide the full suite solution in web and mobile for customer to build up their sales.I oversee the company’s business operations and report to the CEO. My duty as COO ensures the company has effective operational and financial procedures in place.For every successful company out there, there has to be a strong leader to drive the team to greater heights. This was what I envisioned for Trinerva Technologies, and I strongly believe in our company’s vision, which is to be the leader in enterprise mobility solutions for South East Asia.Our core mission is to empower large enterprises with the best mobility solutions to build up sales, hence my responsibility is to lead the working team and scale up our company's growth to the next level. I take charge of grooming up our team to be more efficient and productive in order to smoothly deliver the tasks entrusted to us.The world and technology surrounding us are developing at a breakneck pace. In order to stay relevant and keep my clients ahead of their competitors, I spend time self-learning on my technical skill sets and researching ways to facilitate crowd knowledge on common problem resolution. On top of that, I also engage certified trainers to conduct new trend direction workshops for our team which covers related technical expertise, project management and company strategy. By doing so, we ensure that not only our projects are always delivered on time, but we are also able to implement better systems and operation workflow to clients, thereby keeping them relevant to modern day demands.Outside of work, I enjoy having a great physical workout such as running and cycling every weekend. I love participating in sporting events and measuring each completion time, and challenging myself to do better. My family and friends know me as a responsible yet friendly person.
