Construction Project Manager
Current-Manage schedule of the project making sure manpower is available to execute the job.-Promote and maintain clean, safe work environment on‐site and enforce OHSA safety requirements.-Read blueprints and specifications of equipment so they are installed according to construction documents.-Attend meetings and coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and other trades.-Manage job cost, order equipment and materials.-Analyze job cost report data and make recommendations to maximize project profitability.-Manage field operations, including assignment delegation and/or direct supervision of multiple team members across numerous project locations.-Consistently manages stakeholder expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and multiple work scopes efficiently.-Processes RFIs and submittals.-Assisted in the creation of cost estimates for new project bids.-Manage utilization of labor, material and other resources across the project and the project budget completely.-Ensures approved revisions are in effect including drawings, specifications, subcontracts, change orders, requests for information (RFIs), submittals, shop drawings, plan revisions, and written directives.-Author detailed project progress reports.-Facilitate and participate in full contract document review including, permit drawings, specifications, and submittal approval.-Review and approve building plans and explain/clarify drawings and document scope of work between the owner and end-user.-Versed in RFQ and RFP responses and submissions.-Collaborate with architect and engineer on Design-Build projects. -Keep track of equipment logs, submittal logs and change order logs.-Inspect jobsite for workmanship and safety.-Estimate change orders when there is a change in scope of work.-Effectively facilitate and communicate during critical project milestones including handoffs between project team members.-Assist with the creation of project close-out and warranty manuals.
