I have always loved numbers and patterns. In my mind, the universe is a predictable place. It consists of endless patterns that are beautiful and very natural in their simplicity. To see it, all you need is an open mind and a persistent need to count and register every single detail of the phenomenon in question. The number one rule is to temporarily let go of theories, frameworks and how you think you should do things. In fact, if you want your company to grow you need to make it more human, starting with yourself. In my work, I have witnessed the importance of CEO's intuition in decision making. The CEO should be the heart of the business, not just the head. Businesses don't fail because of intuitive decisions. Businesses fail because of lack of it.
