Product Management, Coordinate internal function teams and ODM to define the product spec. and watch out the schedule to keep it on track, Hand in the cost simulations for management team’s decision making, Be responsible for SW related matters including Apps phase in/out, new App evaluations, OS migration and image cycle refresh plan.

Business Management, Define product positioning/segment, product spec, business plan and product market price with regional PM and product marketing, Drive product cost to meet market competition with PM and ODM, Co-work with regional office to meet complex local demand, customer requirement and company’s objective, Review RO’s business case- Forecast, demand planning and customized package items.

Lead project team for project developments and make sure project on-time delivery.NPI schedule planning/monitoring and drive BOM cost to meet company financial target.Coordinate factory side for the activities related to the project such as pilot-run, new sources phase in.Account managements, to make the partnerships between company and customer are closely and smoothly.
