As a Business Operations Executive, I am responsible for the branch administration activities associated with the innovation and automation developments in the firms 5600+ branches. I work with a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts who are considered subject matter experts while coordinating activities to maximize the benefit to our branches and customers. Some of the various projects include Express Banking, Teller Cash Recyclers, Instant Issue devices, Teller Pin Pads, Tablets, Biometrics, Video Platform/Teller, Phones and WiFi. In addition, I maintain the branch based scheduling system to help the firm maximize efficiencies in staffing.

As a Market Manager, I am responsible for the total market performance. The Mid Ohio market is made up of 139 branch locations; covering Central Ohio and the Western part of Ohio. The market consists of 12 District Managers and 1 Field Support Manager. I provide guidance and direction to the District Managers and branch based employees. In addition, I am the critical link with all lines of business that support the activities in the branches. I provide leadership and motivation to perform at the highest level and to deliver a first class customer experience. I'm also responsible for ensuring the market provides a safe and sound operation; which includes compliance with all operating, credit, security, lending, community reinvestment, and human resources policies and procedures.Prior to my current position, I held the same position in the State of Indiana, where my territory covered 135 branches and 11 District Managers.

I am accountable for achieving branch revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and customer satisfaction goals; leading and developing staff aligned to customer segment to accomplish overall team effectiveness; and deploying resources to optimize team performance.Specifically, I provide sales leadership, monitor and coach to goal achievement and desired behaviors.
