Assisted the Pharmacy Manager and team by performing various Pharmacy functions such as preparation and dispensing of prescriptions, providing customer service through terminal transactions and locating over the counter items, inventory management, pulling expired medications for return to manufacture, inputting new customer scripts into computer system and other duties as assigned.

Responsible for managing high density construction for 300+ units from ground-up through completion. Coached, trained and developed staff and subcontractors ensuring construction schedule and budgets were achieved using the newest technology. Worked with city inspectors and public utility agencies to ensure all units met code requirements, including ADA compliant units.Implemented and enforced company safety practices and conducted on-going safety meetings to ensure the job site achieved all safety objectives. Also implemented SWPPP (Storm Water Prevention Planning Procedures) measures and procedures. * Achieved budget and performance goals. * Worked in conjunction with Landscape Superintendent to achieve on- schedule completion of exterior buildings.* Developed company prototype for field records retention.* Worked with Engineers and Architects to resolve discrepancies with the plans.

Responsible for all phases of new residential customer home construction and remodels. Monitored progress of construction activities and inspections. Negotiated budget and management of subcontractors.

Responsible for managing new subdivision construction of over 175 town homes and 50 single family dwellings from drywall through finish. Performed final walk-through with homeowners ensuring customer needs and expectation were met and closed out subdivisions. Supervised and scheduled subcontractors, progress payments and worked closely with building departments and relevant public utility agencies.
