- Responsible for operating and organizing all techincal service related duties at the newly built Dallas training facility.- Develop and organize training programs and events as well educational courses for Texas and southern portion of the U.S.- Organize and prioritize all technical service duties associated with the Dallas TS Training Center. - Receive and manage technical telephone inquires from customers: Architects, contractors and homeowners for North America. - Hands on evaluation work of Bostik products vs competition as well as evaluation work of Bostik new product development .- Complaint resolution in conjunction with the Technical Service Manager.
