Provided guidance to the following departments - land, division orders, lease analysis. Oversaw the management of the reserve based lending and coordinated the transfer and valuation analysis of the transactions to comply with the covenants of the RBL. Defended the company from landowner claims and disputes regarding liens and third-party claims.

Temporary position training ex-pat management for the international company responsible for the acquisition of $1.6 billion dollar acquisition of leasehold and non-operating working interest position for west Texas operations. Regularly made presentations to the home-country management team.

Manage a land acquisition of more than 100,000 leasehold acres in Colorado and New Mexico. The company continued to drill locations on the Colorado acreage. Responsibilities included surface negotiations for locations, pipelines, leasehold acquisition and dispute resolution.Lead mineral leasing in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas (Eagle Ford leasing) to acquire acreage. Maximum number of brokers and landmen were 3 brokers and 25 persons in the field.
